About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Customer Care Representative for the French Market for our client, a fast-growing company in the vacation rental sector.
You will be responsible for offering fast and seamless customer service to all French clients. This starts with contacting possible leads, demoing the product, helping with onboarding customers and getting them to sign up to maintaining a high customer satisfaction after contracting our solutions. We are looking for someone open to working closely together with the team as the company is still in the start-up phase.
- Proactively interact with all customers, especially the ones from french market, to understand their needs, their wants, etc. and continuously improve their journey inside the company.
- Define, manage and implement internal processes to be able to measure customer satisfaction.
- Fast Online Support to all our customers ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Creation and maintenance of online content: articles and manuals.
- Search for Possible leads.
- Demo Calls with new leads.
- Explanatory Video Calls with customers.
- Incidence Management.
- Be THE communication between the French customer and our technical support team.
- Native French and fluent in English and/or Spanish/Catalan. Other languages are a plus!
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and structured person.
- Ability to manage and adapt to fast-changing priorities.
- Positive mindset, we value a can-do attitude!
- Proactive attitude.
- Strong at working individually as well as being a team player.
- Marketing and/or Digital Marketing knowledge or experience are a big plus.
- More than experience, we are looking for someone that fits in the team and brings a positive attitude and proactivity.
