Our client is a self storage operator with 50 centers in Spain distributed between Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia and Bilbao. They seek to become the best self-storage company in Europe and for this, they have drawn up a 5-year expansion plan.

We are looking for someone to help them make it happen!

Main Objective:

Collaborate in raising debt capital in order to support the growth of the Group in all the markets (Spain, Portugal, Paris, etc). Analyze the capital needs, collaborate on the preparation of the action plans, keep fluent communication with banks and other credit entities, sharing with them the requested information. Participate in meetings with them and in the negotiation of new financings.

Main functions:

• Analyze the capital needs of the Group with a short, medium and long-term view.
• Assist in the definition of action plans to fulfil the needs of the group.
• Prepare presentations for the banks and other credit entities.
• Keep fluent communication with the financial entities, sharing with them requested information.
• Participate in meetings/videocalls with the financial entities to explain the needs of the Group.
• Collaborate on the negotiation of new financings.
• Collaborate on the potential due diligences derived of new financings.
• Assist finance team with preparation of data for banks and financing.
• Participate on the analysis of hedging instruments.
• Track the financing sector of the markets where Bluespace operates to identify new potential lenders.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration.
• +3 years as Debt Specialist.
• Wide experience in raising debt capital.
• Deep knowledge of the financial sector.
• Analytical mindset.
• High English level, spoken and written.
