What you'll do:

✨ Effectively manage and optimize our CRM system (Salesforce).

✨ Understand and assess the needs of our global customers.

✨ Sell international language programs and travel experiences with passion.

✨ Take full responsibility for direct sales with a personal touch.

✨ Maintain a friendly, attentive and professional approach throughout the sales process.

✨ Collaborate with colleagues in international offices to maximize sales and customer experience.

✨ Participate in sales and marketing activities to attract quality leads and grow the business.

What we’re looking for:

🎓 University degree.

🌐 Fluent in Spanish and at least C1 level in English.

💡 Sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving goals (no prior experience required).

🌍 Previous experience studying or working abroad.

💼 Strong commercial attitude with outstanding negotiation and persuasion skills.

🗣️ Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with customers.

🤝 Cultural awareness and a team-oriented attitude.

⚡ Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

What we offer:

📅 Permanent contract.

⌚ Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday from 10 am to 7 pm, occasional Saturdays.
