Responsibilities
- Manage CRM (Salesforce) intelligently and effectively.
- Assess and understand customer needs.
- Sell language programmes and international destinations.
- Take full ownership of direct sales.
- Maintain a friendly, caring and professional approach with clients, throughout their sales cycle.
- Interact with your counterparts in other offices to maximise the sales and customer experience.
- Participate in sales and marketing activities to attract quality leads and grow the business.
Requirements
- University education.
- Languages: fluent Spanish and B2 English.
- Sales and target-oriented.
- Having studied or worked abroad.
- Commercial outlook with a great aptitude for negotiation and persuasion.
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely with clients.
- Cultural awareness and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
