To be part of the continuous journey of the brand, and work with unique professionals daily, in a dynamic, fun and high-energy environment, we are looking for an exceptional Sales Manager in Spain for their Workwear products.
Mission:
As Sales Manager you will be directly responsible for the management of the daily Sales Agent business and follow ups in the regions, visiting Top Accounts with them to build a long-term strategy, build and sustain long term, mutually beneficial business relationships with assigned Strategic/Key account(s) and end users with a supply of HH products to fulfil consumer demand.
He/she is directly responsible for the effectiveness of the Sales Agents results.
The position requires, strategic comercial vision, IT comercial Skills, business development competence and proactiveness, vision how to develop Workwear Business.
The pecific responsibilities will include:
- Customer Strategy Development and Deployment (Key Accounts & Buying Groups)
Core tasks:
- Organisation design and decision-making process.
- Instore operating processes and support.
- Develop end users business relations.
- Maximize HHWW business -, category -, and channel objectives and strategies/plans.
- Analytics capabilities: customer objectives and strategies on corporate and category level.
- Prioritize the categories to develop per customer.
- Define areas of opportunity/co-operation outside functional sales boundaries.
- Align the customer business strategy and plan with HH departments in annual strategy meeting
- Capacity to work in an internal Cross functional environment: Customer Operations, Finance, Marketing department.
2. Business plan Development and Deployment
Core tasks:
- Define objectives and strategies/plans on category level, assortments, introductions, promotions, pricing.
- Efficient allocation of Account Marketing budget in close co-operation with the Marketing department, coop budget definitions.
- Lead quarterly business review with customers to measure progress against objectives.
- Accurate volume forecast to improve HHWW efficiency and stock levels.
- GTM process and quarterly business reviews supporting the Country Manager.
3. Establish productive partnerships with customers (Key Accounts & Buying Groups)
Core tasks:
- Share the company’s core values and principles.
- Develop and share business plans with each top customer.
- Openness, fairness, integrity and high frequency in communication with customers.
- Create access to other functions within the customer for multi-functional resources.
- Agree with Sales Agents on objectives, strategies and yearly (action) plan to achieve against the objectives/strategies.
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales and key account Management/sales management including having planning and financial oversight
- Industry Knowledge and Experience in WorkWear / Apparel / footwear business
- Good skills in MS-Office, especially in Power-Point and Outlook.
- College graduate or equivalent.
- Fluent in Business English.
