CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER (CCO)
The mission, to grow the commercial team and its representatives
Company
Our client is a major manufacturer of steel derivatives, recognised as a leading European company for the industrial sector.
Main functions:
- To set commercial objectives for the entire sales force (8 sales representatives and 2 international representatives), motivating them and helping them to grow.
- Resolve and negotiate commercial proposals.
- Prepare sales forecasts together with management.
- Manage pricing policies according to the market.
- To support in attracting and negotiating with key accounts, to grow with current customers, to build customer loyalty and to expand the customer portfolio.
- Attendance at several trade fairs per year.
- Reporting to General Management
- Travel 30% of your time
Candidate porfile
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, preferable MBA
- High level of English essential, German desirable.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in the industrial sector, leading a sales force.
