Our client ISDIN is an international pharmaceutical company and a leader in the Spanish dermatology market, specializing in solutions for the main dermatology conditions and needs. All the products in its large portfolio are the result of continuous research and innovation with the aim of developing leading edge products in dermatology, advanced formulas and new textures.

We are looking for a Merchant Specialist with a high level of English to join their team based in Barcelona.

Main tasks:

- Create and own ecommerce commercial plans and be the single point of contact with UX, acquisition, markets and IT to implement them and maximize sales

- Analyze implemented commercial plans and leverage best practices across markets. Analytical skills needed

- Coordinate commercial activations with Acquisition Team to maximize results

- Work closely with markets teams to assess channels landscape per affiliate

- Implement commercial oriented features and work closely with UX in order to optimize funnel KPIs

- Define a roadmap, together with the Product Owner, to seek innovation to support sales growth. Includes benchmarking market eCom best practices and exploiting SF Commerce Cloud features.

You are the perfect candidate if:

- 2-3 years in eCommerce business required

- Proficiency English required (C1)
