Customer Service’s Coordinator
We are looking for a customer-oriented, experienced, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our European Customer Service team!
AMI Inflight is a well-established solutions provider specializing in delivering in-flight food and beverage solutions to the airline industry on a global scale.
You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and energetic international operations team. You will also gain experience with working with industry leading FMCG brands and major international customers.
You will have the following responsibilities:
- Orders follow up
- Arrange transportation and assemble customs documentation if necessary
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve customer satisfaction
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Coordinate with your team
- Invoicing and collections
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and suppliers at all time
You will be asked the following requirements
- Self-motivated individual
- Ability to work under pressure and to multi-task
- Ability to communicate clearly and in a timely manner to Customers and Suppliers
- Ability to manage Time adequately
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
