We are looking for a customer-oriented, experienced, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our European Customer Service team!
AMI Inflight is a well-established solutions provider specializing in delivering in-flight food and beverage solutions to the airline industry on a global scale.
You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and energetic international operations team. You will also gain experience with working with industry leading FMCG brands and major international customers.
You will have the following responsibilities:
Orders follow up
Arrange transportation and assemble customs documentation if necessary
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve customer satisfaction
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
Coordinate with your team
Invoicing and collections
Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and suppliers at all time
