We are looking for a customer-oriented, experienced, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our European Customer Service team!

Our client is AMI Inflight is a well-established solutions provider specializing in delivering in-flight food and beverage solutions to the airline industry on a global scale.

You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and energetic international operations team. You will also gain experience with working with industry leading FMCG brands and major international customers.

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Orders follow up
• Arrange transportation and assemble customs documentation if necessary
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve customer satisfaction
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
• Coordinate with your team
• Invoicing and collections
• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and suppliers at all time

You will be asked the following requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Experience in customer service and logistics
• Self-motivated individual
• Ability to work under pressure and to multi-task
• Ability to communicate clearly and in a timely manner to Customers and Suppliers
• Ability to manage Time adequately
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
