- Identify and engage potential students using LinkedIn, Generative AI, and proactive prospecting techniques.
- Understand the needs and aspirations of candidates, matching them with suitable programs.
- Represent our client at fairs, educational events, and one-on-one meetings, ensuring strong brand presence.
- Guide candidates through the entire enrollment journey, from the first meeting to final application submissions.
- Build lasting relationships with prospective students, delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist candidates in exploring financial options and connect them with internal resources.
- Analyze candidate patterns to refine outreach strategies and generate referrals.
📝 What We’re Looking For 📝
- Languages: Native German (mandatory) and fluent English (additional languages are a plus!).
- Education: Candidates must have studied in Germany, with a solid understanding of the educational landscape.
- Sales Experience: Proven ability to prospect, engage, and interact with clients.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal abilities, with a persuasive phone presence.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Naturally empathetic, curious, and eager to understand and fulfill candidate needs.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a “nothing is impossible” mindset.
- Adaptability: Open to feedback and quick to learn and adjust strategies for optimal results.
- Preferred Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Business Development, Tourism or Marketing, among others.
