Position Summary:
This is a sales-driven role focused on engaging and advising prospective master’s students from the DACH region. Through a consultative telesales approach, you'll guide individuals through the admissions journey, highlighting the value of an international education while working in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and build relationships with prospective students via phone, email, and video calls.
- Present program benefits and support candidates through each step of the admissions process.
- Collaborate with admissions teams at global campuses to manage documentation and ensure a smooth experience.
- Represent the institution at events, fairs, and school visits throughout Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Host and organize local info sessions and meetups to drive engagement and lead conversion.
- Work closely with marketing teams to align strategies and improve lead generation outcomes.
- Contribute to regional growth initiatives and internal sales performance projects.
Your Profile:
- Experience in telesales, inside sales, or consultative sales—ideally in the education or services sector.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic international environment.
- Fluent in English and native in German; other languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region for events and meetings.
